Assistant Delivery Depot Manager

Job Description

Moxie is a manufacturer, packer, and retailer in the medicinal and
recreational cannabis industry, offering best-in-class products for its
clients and customers. With its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in
Lynwood, California, and corporate offices in Long Beach, California, Moxie is
expanding to include direct to consumer cannabis delivery in the Concord, CA
area.

In preparation for opening our Concord facility, we are looking for an
experienced Assistant Delivery Depot Manager to join our team. The Assistant
Delivery Depot Manager will partner with the Delivery Depot Manager in the
day-to-day delivery operations.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

* Placing Moxie wholesale orders with our distro
* Intaking wholesale product (Moxie or 3rd party)
* Receiving product via METRC
* Importing sales into METRC
* Adjusting inventory in METRC
* Stocking inventory in stock room
* Inventory audits
* Generating reports
* Report low inventory/stock of supplies/inventory
* Record keeping and organizing
* Equipment setup
* Menu Update Spreadsheet

Real-Time Operations

* Pick and pack orders
* Manage fleet of local drivers
* Ensure timely arrival for drivers
* Managing driver time
* Deliver orders (backup in case of emergency)
* Help train/guide new hires

Vehicle Maintenance

* T rack vehicle maintenance
* Schedule maintenance appointments as needed
* Keep vehicles well maintained with all fluids, air in tires, full tank of gas at beginning of shift, etc.

Financial Operations

* Track driver mileage when using personal vehicles
* Complete End Of Day (EOD) report on a daily basis
* Collect cash/debit receipts from each driver at end of shift
* Safely store and account for all cash/debit transactions
* Prepare cash drops

Requirements

* Ability to process information/merchandise through various systems including POS
* Ability to communicate effectively and timely with associates and customers
* Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation
* Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
* Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store
* Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
